Delaware is centrally located on the East Coast of the United States between New York City and Washington DC, along both Interstate 95 and the Amtrak corridor.

Delaware is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the Delaware Bay, as well as by the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland.  Delaware's location affords easy access to the major metropolitan areas of the Northeastern United States:  Washington DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore and New York are all within a two-hour drive.

Two-thirds of the U.S. population can be accessed within one day’s drive.
